The apartment offers a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one half-bath). Wi-Fi and TV are included, as well as a convenient private parking space for medium-sized cars. For larger vehicles or vans, there are public parking spaces just a few steps away. You can walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the lake beaches. The many ferry connections allow you to easily discover the most beautiful villages around Lake Como. By bus: The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the house. The C10 line regularly connects Como, Menaggio, and all the main towns along the western shore of the lake. By boat: The Lenno pier, just a short distance from the house, offers frequent lake connections to Bellagio, Varenna, Tremezzo, and other picturesque destinations, making it easy to explore all of Lake Como without a car.
