🏡 Hello and welcome! We’re happy to have you here in Tremezzina. To make sure your vacation (and that of future guests) is perfect, here are a few simple guidelines to follow. Nothing complicated, promise!

🕒 Check-in & Check-out ● Check-in: You can enter starting from 3:00 pm ● Check-out: Please leave the house by 10:00 am ●

🔑 On departure, please: ○ Leave the house tidy (this helps us a lot!). ○ Turn off the lights and close the windows. ○ Leave the keys in the keybox.

⭐ The Golden Rules of the House: 

🚭 No smoking inside. If you really need to, do so outside and always use an ashtray, please!

🤫 Respect the peace and quiet, especially in the evenings from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Our neighbors love the tranquility of the lake as much as you do!

🚫🎉 No parties or events. The house is a place to relax, not a nightclub. Only registered guests are allowed access.

❤️ Treat it as if it were your own. Please take care of the house and everything inside. If something breaks or doesn’t work, let us know immediately!

💡💧 Be mindful of consumption! When you go out, turn off the lights—both we and the planet thank you!

♻️ Waste Sorting: Please help us do it right! In Tremezzina, we care a lot about recycling! It’s easier than it seems: ● 🍎 ORGANIC: Kitchen scraps. ● 🧴 PLASTIC & CANS: Bottles, containers, cans. ● 📰 PAPER & CARDBOARD: Newspapers, boxes. ● 🍾 GLASS: Glass bottles and jars. ● 🗑️ NON-RECYCLABLE: Everything else that can’t be recycled.
